Upon termination of your account for cause, 33phlove may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where such termination arises from a breach of these Terms by you.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
